MONOLITH COMPOSITES

WASTE TREATMENT FACILITY

Introduction:

The use of industrial wet pulping processes for safely recycling mixed waste materials into key building products and other byproducts is a promising approach. It offers economic and environmental benefits, making recycling much more competitive, addressing challenges such as hazardous contamination, high recycling costs, and complex production processes. Biomass Carbon Removal and Storage (BiCRS) adds an environmental advantage by contributing to carbon removal, nutrient cycles and long-term storage. Local sourcing and efficient material cycles are crucial for the success of these processes.

Research & Development Objectives:

  • Waste processing of 90,000 t. - 125,000 t. - mechanical separation, anaerobic digestion, mycelium, enzymes

  • Case Study Research on integrated integrating technology elements of Renescience Northwich facility

    • Key Element: adoption without incineration/waste to energy of inorganic materials

  • Product development - Construction materials, Sustainable/Affordable Housing

  • Manual labor processes, Automation/3D construction
